Mark was born on November 29, 1942, in Kansas City, Missouri, to his parents, John W. and Mary A. Hall. Mark faithfully and honorably served his country in the United States Navy. His honorable and dedicated service will be remembered by everyone who lives to cherish his legacy. After 77 years, his earthly presence will be missed dearly by his friends, family, and loved ones. But his soul will forever flourish in each of your hearts.
