She was predeceased by : her parents, William Houston and Erie Saphronia Jones; and her siblings, Lawrence, Loyce, Henry, John and Joyce.

She is survived by : her children, Sandra (Jeff Koehn) and David (Mary Stallings); her grandchildren, Melissa and Mark; her great grandchildren, Emily, Hannah, Clara and Jubilee; and her great great grandchild Juno.

A graveside service was held on Friday, May 14th 2021 at 3:00 PM at the Bryan City Cemetery (1111 N Texas Ave, Bryan, TX 77803).
