Graduated Texas A&M 1966, Chemical Engineering
Began Dow Chemical Co, Freeport TX. Entered active duty, Fort Belvoir VA. Married Janet (Jan) Bleyl July 20, 1967. Served 2 years Frankfurt Germany 1967-1969. Returned to Dow, Freeport TX, worked 31 years, various engineering positions. Retired July 31, 1997.

Worked as contract engineer for numerous firms 1997 - 2008. Served as volunteer marketing director for Gulf Coast Spaceport Development Corporation.

Made three mission trips to Christian publishing organization BLF (Bibles and Literature in French).
Served two six-month terms with AIPM (American Interim Pastors) as interim pastor to small British Baptist churches in England.

Jan and I will leave this week to serve three months, again at BLF, this time in Marpant, France. We will be hosting project teams that will come through on mission projects.

Update 2015: Serving again, this time in Bootle, Cumbria. England, serving as interim American Pastor to Bootle Evangelical Church. Helping a small church as they recover from the death of their pastor until they can afford to support another British pastor.
